We prepared around 500 bundles of seeds, which community members could combine together into kits of seven packets. With our grant, we were able to offer seeds for vegetables and herbs with cultural significance / relevance to reflect the diversity of our community.
From late winter to early spring, we held seven community pop-ups, where we distributed over 140 bundles of seeds — around 500 packets of seeds. The remaining seeds will continue to go out through coming events.
